JUST A FEW MORE SIMPLE STEPS TO GO…

STEP 1: CHECK YOUR INBOX

Go to the inbox of the email address you entered when you booked the call on the previous page and check that you have received a Confirmation Email from us confirming the date and time of your call, as well as how to join the call.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email within the next 10 minutes, please contact Matt on matt@visual8.co.uk

STEP 2: ADD TO CALENDAR

Please add our Discovery Call into your calendar and try and be ready 5-10 minutes before our scheduled start time, just in case any technical issues come up.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your Discovery Call, we’d really appreciate it if you could please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can free up your time slot for somebody else.

STEP 3: PREPARE!

Have a pen and paper ready and write down your questions ahead of time

Make sure you’re in a quiet place and you’ve got a good internet connection

If you have a business partner or colleague, feel free to bring them along to the call with you or talk through any questions they might have before the call if they can’t make it on the day
